MatexPay provides virtual card services for online payments, including:

  • Virtual card issuance and management
  • Top-up services via USDT and IBAN transfer
  • Integration with digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Transaction monitoring and history

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Complete KYC verification as required
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Card Usage

When using MatexPay virtual cards:

  • Cards may only be used for lawful purposes
  • You are responsible for all transactions made with your card
  • Cards cannot be used for prohibited activities including gambling, illegal purchases, or money laundering
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate cards that violate these terms

5. Fees and Charges

Our fee structure includes:

  • Card issuance fees (one-time)
  • Top-up fees (percentage-based, varies by card type)
  • No monthly maintenance fees

All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Refunds and Disputes

Card issuance fees are non-refundable once the card is activated. For transaction disputes, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

MatexPay shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or data
  • Service interruptions or delays
  • Actions of third-party merchants

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be refunded minus applicable fees.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
